Registration

Registration for CANS 2013 includes participation in all events except excursions.

Forms of payment are credit/debit card and bank deposit.

A small discount (5%) applies for bank deposits, which are possible only for those holding an account in a Brazilian bank (through Internet banking), or paying directly at a Brazilian bank's cashiers; furthermore, a bank slip ("boleto" in Portuguese) will have to be produced at the CANS 2013 payment site.

Please, register early for discounts.

Cancellation policy

No refund of registration fees will be possible in case of cancellation of registration.

Author Registration

At least one author per paper must be registered by September 6 September 10, to ensure publication in the proceedings. The registration fee for this particular author is not subject to student discount.

Student Registration

A proof of your student status must be provided in order to ensure your registration with reduced price. Acceptable documents are copy of your student ID, transcript, enrollment documents, or letter from your supervisor.

There may be a limited number of student bursaries, but this information will not be available until October. Please check the News on the Home section of our website.
