The IC Reception service is dedicated to attentive, ethical, and impartial listening, guided by a commitment to absolute confidentiality. Its objective is to offer initial support and direct requests to the most appropriate University services, according to the nature of each situation.

The service is intended for the entire IC community: students, faculty, researchers, and staff.
