The IC Reception service is dedicated to attentive, ethical, and impartial listening, guided by a commitment to absolute confidentiality. Its objective is to offer initial support and direct requests to the most appropriate University services, according to the nature of each situation.
The service is intended for the entire IC community: students, faculty, researchers, and staff.

Providing emergency and urgent medical and psychiatric care for highly complex cases requiring immediate attention.
VIDAS – Internal Healthcare Vehicle
Pre-hospital emergency and urgent care on the Barão Geraldo campus, CPQBA, and Student Housing. Responsible for transportation to Cecom or UER/HC.
SAPPE – Psychological and Psychiatric Assistance for Students
Assistance for undergraduate and graduate students. Immediate psychological support available Monday to Friday during lunch and dinner hours.

CAPS – Psychosocial Care Centers of Campinas
CAPS are specialized mental health services of an open and community nature, intended to serve people with severe mental suffering. They operate on an open-door policy — without the need for prior scheduling or referral.
