On Saturday (17/09), IC students participated in the 1st phase of the Programming Marathon, held at FATEC in Sorocaba!
3rd place nationally – “Naim continues within us” (Leonardo Valente Nascimento, Enzo Pontes Saraiva de Moraes, Arthur Lobo Leite Lopes)
6th place nationally – “Yvensphobia: the fear of losing to Yvens” (Marcos Paulo Evers Cordeiro, Pedro César Mesquita Ferreira, Yvens Ian Prado Porto)
8th place nationally – “It’s André’s fault” (Filipe de Souza Lalic, Caique Paiva, Pedro Henrique Assunção)
Special mention goes to the women's team "enough of missing you" (Luana Amorim Lima, Ana Margarida Diniz Silva Borges, Gabriela Andrade Taniguchi), which was among the best in the country.
If this were a Brazilian Final, we would have won 1 gold medal and 2 silver medals!

With these results, we guaranteed the qualification of three teams for the Brazilian Final, which will take place in São Paulo, from November 6th to 9th.
Our “Chicken Lunchbox” coffee-and-milk team (Ivett Marinella Mera Amado, Miguel Alessandro Mini Huambachano, Victor Racso Galvan Oyola), won 2nd place overall in the country!
