The Institute of Computing is now accepting applications for the election of student representatives to the following committees:
One full student member and one alternate member, representing Course 42 – Computer Science on the Graduation Committee (term of 1 year – from 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027);
One full student member and one alternate member, representing Course 34 – Computer Engineering on the Graduation Committee (1-year term – from 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027);
One full student member and one alternate member, representing the Postgraduate Committee (1-year term – from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027).
The candidates with the most votes in each course will be appointed as full members, and the next candidates with the most votes will be appointed as alternate members. Reappointment is permitted.
The election will be held electronically, via a link sent by the e-voting system, from 10:06 AM on June 17, 2026 to 15:06 PM on June 22, 2026.
Timeline:
June 3, 2026 to June 15, 2026 – Application period (start and end at 10:00 AM);
June 17, 2026 to June 22, 2026 – Voting period (starts at 10:00 AM on June 17, 2026 and ends at 3:00 PM on June 22, 2026);
22/06/2026 – Counting at 15 PM and results announced by email;
23/06/2026 – Filing of appeals regarding the election.
