IC teachers develop the EducaSaúde app

Professors Ricardo Dahab and Breno Bernard Nicolau de França, from Unicamp's Computing Institute, were in charge of the EducaSaúde application development team.

The application is a software platform aimed at monitoring and preventing, in real time, the Covid-19 pandemic in school communities and will be implemented at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp) in July.

The tool was conceived and developed by the Public Ministry of Labor (MPT) and by Unicamp, with the collaboration of the Health Surveillance Department of Campinas (Devisa).

The project is co-authored by Carlos Eduardo Silva Santos (graduate student at IC), Alan Ricardo (former graduate student and volunteer), Maria Rita Donalisio Cordeiro (FCM/Unicamp), Rodrigo Angerami (DEVISA), Maria Angela Antonio (FCM/Unicamp) and Eduardo Martinho (STMC), and also had the collaboration of the company SciPet (daughter company of IC) and IMA (Informática de Municipios Associados)
