Location
The competition hotel will be the National Inn and both the accommodation and the competition will be held at the hotel.

Hotel registration form
All participants must complete the form registration form in the hotel. Print, fill and bring for the day of the event. With this you will be able to use the express checkin that we will provide. Note the name of your team at the end of the form and do not fill in the reservation code.
Only the teams in which the express checkin will be able to do all participants have completed the registration form. Don't face lines, fill out your forms before coming to Campinas.
What is and what is not covered?
- The organization will provide accommodation (3 participants per team + coach) for the nights of 23-24 / 10 and 24-25 / 10 for all teams in the final.
- Breakfast included: Saturday and Sunday
- Lunch included: Friday Saturday. One drink per participant (water or soft drink) is included.
- Dinner included: Friday Saturday. Alcoholic beverages are not included. One drink per participant (water or soft drink) is included.
- Minibar in the room and extra expenses at the hotel due to the participants.
- Parking at the hotel included (1 car per room). Confirm with the organization if you are interested in coming by car (this confirmation is only for verification purposes, vacancies are guaranteed).
- Free internet only in the cyber-caf . We have an agreement to reduce the daily price (wifi) for the event participants. Daily rate: R $ 12,00 (inquire at check-in)

Included in the daily rates are breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant, as well as a parking space, if necessary. The value without meals includes breakfast (only excludes lunch and dinner). We will not accept reservations without meals for the days of the competition.
The steps to make a reservation for extra days are:
- Fill this form. Attention: your information will be public in the spreadsheet of item 4.
- Payment by bank deposit of the total amount of each reservation: Banco Ita (341), branch 6548, account 01129-2. Favored Rodolfo Jardim de Azevedo.
- Sending proof of payment to the organization of the final.
- Confirmation of registration through online spreadsheet.
- Do not forget to fill in the registration form from the hotel to expedite service at the reception. Take a printed and completed version for each person.
