Description	This parameter controls whether product of conditional probabilities in a scenario should equal the scenario probability.
Type	Boolean, read/write
Values	true  is equal false  is not equal
Default value	true
Notes	In a node based problem this parameter is always true.
Set by routines	XSP_SCEN_BASED
