Toposcope-3D programs of Luis Arturo Perez Lozada's Ph.D. Thesis,
being converted to C.

The Modula-3 sources were obtained from several source directories 
provided by Luis on several dates.  A set of files was selected 
manually by J. Stolfi based on mod-time dates, directory names,
etc., and may not be compatible with each other.  That's part
of the fun, by definition of "fun". 8-)
