However, we cannot easily process the file you submitted because it is
in ".doc" format. Could you please ressubmit the paper in Postscript,
as specified in the instructions?
  
If you have difficulties in making the conversion, we could try to do
it ourselves. However that would be a non-trivial hassle, since our
installation is Unix based, and ".doc" files can be read only by
Microsoft Word (which is avaliable only on a few shared machines).

Please respond as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that your
submission will be considered if we cannot obtain the Postscript file
within the next day or two.
