DUMA.bas - a test dna sequence.  It has several 
blocks of 3000 nucleotides.

DUMB.bas - another test dna sequence.  The first
2 blocks are identical to those of DUMA.bas.  The following
blocks have various disturbances, such as mutations 
and short insertions and deletions up to 64 bases long.
