This is a new rewrite of the "ps.h"/"ps.c"
Postscript plotting package.

Current status:
  
  "psplot.h": almost OK.  Must still add path-building commands,
      re-check the comments.
  
  "psplot_def.h": missing some state variables, minor 
      inconsistencies.
      
  "psplot.c": many inconsistencies with "psplot.h".
  
  "pswrite.h", "pspwrite.c", "psplot_protos.c": mostly 
    a junkyard of broken code.
