The JSA column is my "super-analytic" encoding, a refinement of Neo-Frogguy that tries to break every character down to its constituent strokes.
The JSA encoding also ignores ligatures, on the grounds that they are easily lost on transcription, and may not be meaningful.
If you have access to a Unix environment, you may have use for fsg2jsa, a script that converts a file in Landini's interlinear format (version 1.6) from FSG to JSA.
