This directory contains the TeX macros I developed while I was a Ph.
D. student at Stanford. They were used in my thesis and some of my
early papers.

These macros are meant to be used with "virgin" TeX (virtex), without
any preloaded format and macros --- not even the "basic" one described
in the TeXBook.
