Tarefa:
203407 Procure implementar {db_obj_tabela.busca_por_intervalo} que recebe uma {chave} e 
dois valores {val_min} e {val_min} e devolve todos os registros nesse intervalo. 
Estude SQL para decobrir como criar a condição para esse teste.

Comecei adicionando o método busca_por_intervalo juntamente com a sua documentação na interface db_obj_tabela.
Depois procurei estudar um pouco de SQL para saber como poderia ser feita a busca entre valores defidos. Descobri
que era possivel usar os comando BETWEEN {val_min} e AND {val_max}, então prossegui com a implementação do 
método em db_obj_tabela_IMP.

Segui como modelo os outros métodos implementados, e criei um caso de teste para esse método também em 
db_obj_tabela_TST. 

Infelizmente estou com alguns problemas para executar o projeto, por falta do bs4. Ao tentar instalar estou tento o 
seguinte problema:

Ainda não consegui resolver, então infelizmente não consegui rodar o projeto e testa-lo adequadamente.
