Easiest way would be to put it in the bitcoin.conf file. @p{par}

Create $HOME/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/bitcoin.conf  and put: @p{par}

connect=IP ADDRESS @p{par}

... in it.  Any of the command-line options (except -datadir and -conf) can be put in the bitcoin.conf file. @p{par}
