It is with great satisfaction that we share with everyone, the Inauguration of the Santander / IC Research Hub that took place this morning and was attended by Mr. Sergio Rial, President of Banco Santander in Brazil, Mr. Marcelo Knobel, Dean of Unicamp , by Prof. Leandro Villas, Associate Director of Instituto de Computação, Mr. Nicolas Vergara, Superintendent of Santander Universidades, among other executives at Banco Santander and Unicamp employees. Prof. Anderson Rocha, Director of the Computing Institute participated virtually.
This is just the beginning of a partnership that will bring substantial contributions to both sides, leveraging cutting-edge research, training human resources and exchanging experiences with a high amount of data.
In addition, the partnership will allow the investigation of new fronts of close action with the university and will open opportunities in different areas of knowledge.
